Testa HQ 사무실을 위한 인테리어 프로젝트에서 스톤 디자인은 집과 사무실의 기존 경계를 모호하게 만들기 위한 계획을 세웠다. 따뜻한 환대의 느낌, 자연스러운 친근함, 영감을 주는 환경은 마치 편안한 집에서 친구들과 소소한 즐거움을 공유하며 식사하는 순간을 떠올리게 한다. 원격 작업과 대면 업무가 공존하는 시나리오에서 스톤은 새로운 공간 디자인을 통해 사적인 영역, 창의성과 비즈니스 혁신을 육성하는 장을 만들기 위한 다양한 상호작용의 공간을 목표로 삼았다.

In the interior design project for Testas' central offices, we aimed to blur the existing boundaries between home and office, creating a warm welcoming close natural, and inspiring environment a space to share moments similar to those enjoyed with friends during a meal in the dining room at home. In a scenario where remote and in person work coexist our goal is to foster through the new interior design, personal relationships, knowledge exchange, creativity, and business innovation. We aim to encourage all departments of the company to interact and enjoy different spaces to provoke these encounters.

이 생태계를 작동하는 새로운 열쇠는 사용자에게 영감을 주는 다채로운 협업 공간을 제공하는 데 있다. 스톤 디자인팀은 현재의 모든 요구 사항을 충족하는 혁신적인 유형을 설계함으로써 회사 각 구성원의 아이디어가 Testa의 모든 측면에 스며들 수 있도록 돕는다. 집과 사무실의 장벽을 허문 오피스 인테리어는 공간의 전환을 원활하고 자연스럽게 이끌기 위해 단순 업무의 장소라는 개념을 넘어 만남을 위한 라운지, 사교의 공간, 동료들과 공유하는 경험을 선사하는 장소로서의 기능을 발휘한다. 이는 생산성에 필요한 집중력은 물론, 아이디어를 즉시 포착하고 공유할 수 있게 만든다. 곳곳에 마련된 독립적인 영역의 경우 주변의 방해를 받지 않고 통화 또는 개인 업무를 위한 장소를 제공한다.

The key to generating this ecosystem lies in creating collaborative spaces, where teams can find inspiring places for every occasion. We have designed different innovative typologies covering all current needs, helping each member of the company understand that innovation and excellence permeate all aspects of Testa. We wanted to break the home office barrier―making the transition from home to the office smooth and natural. The office becomes a meeting place a space for socializing, and an environment to enrich oneself with experiences shared among colleagues. This is achieved through the creation of concentration spaces needed for productivity or when an idea strikes and one wants to capture and share it immediately. Providing the office with corners where one can feel isolated, allowing for phone calls without disturbance.

집에 머무는 듯한 정취가 가득한 코너, 업무적인 일에서 벗어나 커피를 마시며 재미있는 대화를 나눌 수 있는 공간. 스톤이 설계한 Testa HQ는 빠르게변화하는 시대에 걸맞은 새로운 오피스의 유형으로 주목받고 있다.

These are the spaces sought at home where tranquility and silence play a fundamental role places to relax, disconnect, and rest for a few minutes. Corners full of flavor like those created at home, spaces to have a coffee and enjoy an interesting conversation, away from purely professional matters. Transforming the office working experience to be more rewarding than working from home. Making the team want to come to the office because they find everything they need to give their best.
